Ian has brought together the finest vinegar cultures, people and equipment and is proud to be Australia’s premier provider of gourmet vinegars, found in fine-food restaurants and used for fine home-dining. 

Based in Queensland's Granite Belt, Lirah produces thousands of litres of vinegar every week.
