The difference in Pepe Saya butter in the process; it batch churned creating a natural and less processed product.

Farm Fresh cream is heated and inoculated before being allowed to culture for a full buttery taste. A slight tang develops, creating the unique flavour of the cultured butter and essentially crème fraiche. The crème fraiche is then churned, which produces our buttermilk and of course the butter. Finally, the butter is kneaded and placed into hand pressed moulds, labelled with their iconic face
