Bramble & Hedge - Nougat 150g

Founder of Bramble & Hedge, Hayley Crompton, returned from a stint in the middle east with a head full of ideas and a massive sweet tooth. It was during a trip to the Al-Hamidiyah Souk in Damascus that she witnessed the ancient middle-eastern art of confectionary making that would then become the foundation of her future creations.

Soft and silky, each Bramble & Hedge nougat is entirely hand-made. They come lovingly topped with dried fruit and delicate edible flowers, making piece almost too beautiful to eat.

We stock a mixed variety of flavours, though only hold a small amount of each, so our apologies if the flavour you request is out of stock. All are Gluten Free.
