You won't find any hidden gold in the little town of El Dorado, North-East Victoria. Well, at least not the shiny kind.

This gorgeous confit Golden Garlic has been slow cooked in Australian extra virgin olive oil. Grown chemical free in the town of El Dorado, the garlic they produce is watered naturally by winter rainfall along with the odd bit of watering from the local underground springs.

Perfect for marinating protein on it's way to the BBQ, dressing potatoes for roasting, or simply mashed into some sourdough for the world's best garlic bread!

We'll take golden garlic over the real stuff any day!
