Artisan Pasta is handmade on the Sunshine Coast in small batches, extruded through bronze dies and hung to dry naturally for 48 hours. This traditional method creates a porous surface, perfect for absorbing your favourite sauces.

With more than 25 years of experience in the food service industry, owner Russell Shields took his love of developing new products and started the company in 2015. He originally just sold a small range at farmer’s markets in Queensland, but as popularity grew, he then remodelled the business into a wholesale company.

All Artisan pasta is free from added preservatives, colours and synthetic flavours, and vegan.
