Eating honestly, locally, and healthily has always been important to partners Amanda Callan & Andrew Morris. When they made the move from Brisbane to the little town of Billinudgel they set their new family home up in an old church and began growing their own fruit and veg. It wasn't long until they had enough excess produce to start getting creative....and in 2013 Amanda & Andrew had enough public support to turn their hobby into a fully-fledged business.
Billinudgel Sauces are all small-batch, handmade creations. It does not get more artisanal than this!
The Hot/Mojo sauces are made from a myriad of fresh garden produce carefully charred over coals and smoked with lemon myrtle leaves. All three sauces make a fantastic accompaniment to your next BBQ.
Their 'Brown' sauce (not to be confused with HP sauce) is a twist on the classic worcestershire sauce recipe.
