The boy behind the butter, James Sideris. The journey started during his uni days, selling muffins and cookies to local cafés in the neighbourhood. Butterboy was built on a raw passion for handmade, home baked goods and a desire to become the go-to sweet experience for every Australian.

They are simply delicious (we all took a taste test just for you). 550grms in weight, the pack says it makes 4 cookies. In our experience, we got 8 - 10 out of the roll and they were beyond perfect! Plenty of delicious cookies to share in 10 mins!
