Brisbane locals know too well, the stunning display of purple in spring as the Jacarandas bloom. This gin is a stunning ode to our gorgeous city at this time of year.

Made using a blend of native botanicals; lemon myrtle, eucalyptus and native ginger, they have also added a touch of butterfly pea flower for that unmistakable lilac blush.

It's floral, fresh, and just a little bittersweet. 

We recommend serving with a light tonic (we can stand by Soda Smith Light Tonic for this one) and a squeeze of citrus to lift the palate. Very pretty. Very limited. Very delicious.
