Originally from the UK the Bell's are no strangers to fine dining. Since moving downunder both Robbie and Rebecca have worked at both the illustrious Quay restuarant & Sydneys famous Rockpool Bar & Grill. It was here that Robbie showcased his charcuterie skill to fellow hospitality staff when he cooked them a terrine as a small Christmas gift. Their praise and support propelled the couple into a business of their own.
