Drunken Sailor Canning Co was founded by Justin Arnoux. What started as a hobby in a small Sydney kitchen quickly became a passion project - bringing bold, boozy-inspired condiments to people who love good food with attitude.
Each jar is made in small batches using quality Australian ingredients, a splash of spirits, and a whole lot of heart. Whether you're layering up a burger or building a cheeseboard, Drunken Sailor relishes add personality and punch to every bite.
Jalapeño Tequila Relish - bright, bold and a little bit cheeky. This fiery relish combines fresh jalapeños with a splash of tequila for a tangy heat that’s perfect on tacos, burgers or fried eggs.
Beetroot Gin Relish - brings together earthy, sweet beetroot and the botanical bite of gin in a vibrant, magenta-coloured mix. It’s a natural with goat cheese, smoked fish or roasted veg. Made using Unexpected Guest gin.
Onion Bourbon Relish - features sweet onions slow-cooked with smooth bourbon to bring out a rich, caramelised flavour with a subtle boozy warmth. Try it with grilled meats, sausages or sharp cheddar.
Smokey Tomato Relish - is packed with ripe tomatoes, smoked paprika and savoury spices. Add it to burgers, bacon and egg rolls, or serve alongside your next BBQ spread.
