Goan Cuisine is a family-owned, proudly Australian company sharing the bold, vibrant flavours of Goa through a handcrafted range of chutneys, pickles and condiments. Established in 1994, we preserve traditional recipes passed down through generations, using premium Australian produce and time-honoured methods.
Our products reflect a unique Indo-European culinary tradition born over 500 years ago, when Portuguese settlers brought their influences to the spice-rich Goan coast. The result is a rich fusion of flavours that we now bring to tables across Australia and beyond.
Tamarind Chutney is tangy, dark and slightly sweet, with rich, layered flavour. A perfect pairing with samosas, grilled meats or spooned over rice.
Mango Lime brings together tart green mango and zesty lime with aromatic spices for a bold, tangy accompaniment to curries, wraps or cheese.
Eggplant Kasundi is deep, savoury and spiced, made with slow-cooked eggplant and traditional masala. It’s delicious with flatbreads, rice dishes or cold meats.
Tomato Kasundi is a richly spiced tomato relish with mustard seeds, garlic and ginger. Smoky, bold and versatile, it lifts eggs, barbecued meats and lentil dishes.
