Established in 1994, we preserve traditional recipes passed down through generations, using premium Australian produce and time-honoured methods.
Our products reflect a unique Indo-European culinary tradition born over 500 years ago, when Portuguese settlers brought their influences to the spice-rich Goan coast. The result is a rich fusion of flavours that we now bring to tables across Australia and beyond.
Mango Lime brings together tart green mango and zesty lime with aromatic spices for a bold, tangy accompaniment to curries, wraps or cheese.
