Kangaroo Island Olives


Mediterranean - A mixed variety of seasonal olives is picked throughout the harvest window, naturally fermented, olives are slow-cured at different stages of maturity which results in an assortment of flavour, texture, size, colour and ripeness.

Kalamata - Finished in red wine vinegar. Simple, authentic greek-style olives.

Smoked Kalamata - Distinctively rich and well-rounded, and totally addictive. (our favourite!!)

The father-son team of Dom & Michael are at the beating heart of Kangaroo Island Olives. Dom handles the farming, while son Michael handles business operations. Together they both share a deep respect for this unspoiled island, and very much understand the duty they have in order to keep it this way.
