She is truly a pioneer in the field of indigenous food appreciation here in Australia, turning her 20+ years experience as a chef towards our native fauna with some delightful results.
- Green Tomato Hot Sauce - A fresh 'salsa verde' style hot sauce that matches mexican cuisine beautifully. Alternatively, it is great on roast potatoes.
- Pineapple Hot Sauce - This tropical style hot sauce goes perfectly with white meats and fish. Also makes a great base for a salad dressing!
