Founded by Sharon Winsor, a Ngemba Weilwan woman from Western NSW. Through her native food products, culinary events, and publications, she aims to educate the wider community about Indigenous ingredients.
Roasted Wattleseed - an alluring aroma and flavour of coffee, chocolate and hazelnut. Its fine, extra-dark roast ensures a powerful flavour boost to your cooking. Enhance your biscuits, cakes and vegetables with this rare, native spice.
Native Saltbush - ground saltbush leaves. Use as a seasoning on roasted meats, vegetables and seafood for a salty, herby flavour.
Lemon Myrtle - undoubtedly the best known Australian rainforest spice, with its delightful lemon, lime and lemongrass aroma and flavour. Deliciously compliments baked fish or any seafood dish, Thai cooking, soups, cheesecake recipes and pancake batter.
Strawberry Gum - these ground leaves have a distinct strawberry-like flavour and scent, making this an excellent ingredient for jams, desserts, cakes, syrups, teas, and smoothies. They contain a high concentration of essential oils and possess antioxidant, antifungal and antibiotic properties.
Pepperberries (whole) - Pepperberry is a shrub that grows in high altitude and sourced by Indigiearth from Tasmania and Victoria. Very high in antioxidants (four times that of blueberries), the Pepperberry is classed as a super food. Traditionally used for flavouring any meal, chutneys or preserves.
Quandong - a great addition to sweet and savoury foods. The flavour is tart and reminiscent of peach, apricot or rhubarb.
