Noble Bootleggers was founded by Daniel and Kristin, whose 25-year hospitality journey began behind Melbourne’s bars, including their speakeasy The Noble Experiment. Inspired by a customer’s request to bring bar-quality cocktails home, they began crafting small-batch spirits in a garage, eventually establishing their distillery at Whisky Hill Farm in Longlea.
