All their sea salt is sourced from two pristine locations, Port Alma in Qld and Whyalla in SA, then processed into delicate crystals via solar evaporation. Simplicity is the trick to great salt.

It's So Rosemary - Dry Marinade is 100g of sea salt flakes, dried rosemary and garlic. Its perfect on lamb, eggplant and cottage cheese with olive oil.
Salt Bush and Mountain Pepper Leaf - 120g of blended salt, salt bush and mountain pepper leaf, it's earthy, savoury and leaves s subtle, lingering heat. Perfect with beef, pork and roast veggies.
Lemon Zest - 140g of sea salt flakes, lemon rind and garlic, it's an excellent marinade salt and perfect on chicken maryland, fish and to season a salad.
Wild Thing - 100g of sea salt flakes blended with Juniper, Rosemary, Thyme and Onion Powder. Wild thing is an incredible rub for pork, chicken and makes an incredible marinade for a Cauliflower steak.
