Peninsular Larder have really perfected the art of "bursting with flavour". Founded in 2013 by two industrious chefs looking to take some of the back-breaking work out of professional kitchen's Australia-wide. It was soon realised that the public was just as interested in their creations as professional Chefs. 

Ginger Lime Chilli - Serve on top of fresh oysters with a Vinaigrette (try Lana's Garden Rhubard) 

Truffle Honey - As a decadent accompaniment to a blue cheese salad (especially using Riverine by Berry's Creek) or a charcuterie board. 

Balsamic - The perfect way to make you next Bruschetta (or simple tomato and cheese on toast) something really elegant. 

Pickled Beetroot - Scattered over a goats cheese and pear salad is life changing.
