More famously known as 'Saucy Wench, Lisa Liu has become a bit of a foodie celebrity around Brisbane and is featured in the exceptional cook book EAT BRISBANE. 

Following a drastic career change in order to pursue her passion for cookery, Lisa got her new start at Brisbane's biggest and best markets for her Brisbane made gluten free, vegan and delicious sauces. Selling condiments and sauces at first, she eventually added frozen dumplings to the menu as well (because dumplings are the perfect match). 

Chilli Jam - Throw out that boring sweet chilli sauce and get real!

Satay Sauce - Satay Saturdays! This one is the most popular, and for good reason.

Lemongrass & Tamarind Sauce - Put me on Chicken Wings, make into a delicious curry or add to a stir-fry. Gluten Free and Vegan. 

Chilli Oil - Dumplings ahoy! The perfect Chilli Oil if the other chilli oils out there aren't hot enough for you.
