Some Like It Hot - Lively, spicy & bright. Ziggy's Wildfoods' native davidson plum & Dorrigo pepper hot sauce, with preserved lemon and raw Australian honey. "Nobody's perfect" but this sauce is pretty close.
Red, Red Wine - Smokey, robust & full-bodied. Starring Fiasco shiraz from Adelaide Hills, with ironbark smoked garlic, local roasted red peppers & Roma tomatoes.
