Northern Tasmania is prime truffle growing country, and it is here, tucked away next to Lake Trevallyn, that you can find Tamar Valley Truffles. Their 3000 oak trees produce premium truffles used enthusiastically in fine dining restaurants all across Tasmania.

As you would expect from truffle farmers, their Truffle Cheddar is absolutely loaded with Black Perigord Truffles. This vintage club cheddar is aged for 14 months before the truffles are added. This gives this sharp creamy cheese a rich earthy undertone that makes it a perfect match for a stout Pinot Noir or hoppy Beer.
