Ugly Food & Co. Crunchy Chilli Oil

Sarah Gan is a bit of a celebrity around Ashgrove, Brisbane. Her incredible cooking journey started early, watching her Grandma make delicious home-cooked meals from her Singaporean kitchen. These dishes and memories were the inspiration for Ugly Food & Co.

Sarah's passion for food and it's ability to bring people together around the table is wildly obvious from the moment you first taste her home-made recipes.

The Crunchy Chilli Oil is a team favourite! Beautifully umami with a heat that grows as you get closer to the bottom of the jar. Perfect on mushrooms, eggs and as a base for basting (or as a dressing for your salads). Delicious!
