Capricorn Distilling Company was founded by master distiller, Warren Brewer, though it was originally known under another name - Salesyard Distillery. First located in sunny Rockhampton, Warren decided to move the operation to Burleigh and rename the entire enterprise after his signature product Capricorn Spiced Rum. This rum is a big deal. In 2020 it was named the world's best spiced rum at The World Rum Awards!
