Burleigh Chilli Co is family owned, small batch and hand crafted in Burleigh, in the heart of the Gold Coast. Inspired by Burleigh's sun-soaked beaches and laid-back vibes, their journey began with a passion for creating exceptional hot sauces.

Ankle Biter – Tomato & Red Chilli: a full flavoured experience with the mildest of kicks for even the most inexperienced chilli gourmet. Add generously to tacos, chips, burgers or to brighten up any meal.

Point Break – Kiwi & Jalapeño: A little extra kick with the sweet salvation of kiwi fruit at the end of the barrel. Add to steak, eggs, brekkie wraps, or to add some spice to any dish.

Cyclone Swell – Carrot & Habanero: Not for the fainthearted. Your taste buds are given a lifeline as flavoursome carrot tames this spicy wave. Add sparingly to chicken, marinades, mayo or splash on any meal to add an adventure.

Twin Fin – Mango, Orange, Cayenne & Birds Eye: Snaps onto the wave with a Birds eye chilli hit, before mellowing out with the cayenne pepper and tropical tang from the summery mango and orange. Pairs perfectly with fish tacos, summer salads, and prawns.
