It was a Churros con chocolate experience at age seven while on holiday through Spain that cemented the love of chocolate in Craig McKenzie's heart.
After a successful career in Hospitality his obsession would return as he would go on to establish Grounded Pleasures, producing premium Hot Chocolate powders from only the most premium on single origin cocoa. However he always knew that he was missing the final piece to the hot choc puzzle. Marshmallows!
