It was in 2013 while perched atop a rooftop in France, and halfway through a glass of wine, that inspiration struck Jodie Neilson. A self-confessed francophile, Jodie had always been impressed with the quality and variety of French confectionary. At that moment, she decided that she would bring the techniques and ideas from Europe back to Australia with her, so was born New Farm Confectionary.
