Blackall Gold is a washed rind cheese, and aside from being fantastically delicious, it is the most awarded of the entire Woombye range. In fact, it won grand champion cheese at the 2023 Australian Grand Dairy Awards! 

Mild when young, this funky little cheese develops a much more robust nose and umami rich complexity as it reaches maturity. Best consumed close to it's best before date in order to experience it's full potential and ooziness. Best matched with an earthy Pinot Noir, or Wild Ferment Beers.
