Elly's Gourmet Confectionary, located in Tasmania, was created by Sophie Creek in 2014. Named after her daughter Elly, Sophie set out to create a range of all natural gluten free treats that would be free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and palm oil. They are even Halal & Kosher as well!
