Wicked Nuts is the brain child of ex-chef Matt Fishburn. He and his wife run a neat little factory on the Sunshine Coast where they come up with all their wicked flavours.
The secret to Wicked Nuts perfect crunch is the traditional Copper Kettle used to roast all their products. Copper's spectacular thermal conductivity allows for precise control of temperature when cooking, which ensures that every nut is roasted to perfection.
