Nestled in theĀ Western Victorian Highlands,Ā The GrampiansĀ is dominated by rugged mountains and spectacular views in every direction. It was in this gorgeous location that one of Australia's first olive groves was planted in 1943 by immigrant farmer and entrepeneurĀ Jacob Friedman.
Today The Grampians Olive Co. remains 100% Australian owned and operated, tended lovingly by the Mathews family. As second generation custodians of the grove, their skill and care can easily be recognised in this fantastic product. The nameĀ ToscanaĀ is a respectful nod to the hard working Italian families who helped establish the grove.
