All their sea salt is sourced from two pristine locations, Port Alma in Qld and Whyalla in SA, then processed into delicate crystals via solar evaporation. Simplicity is the trick to great salt.

Truffle Salt - finely shaved fresh (not freeze-dried) Black Perigord Truffles (Australian-grown) infusing the seductive, earthy character of the truffle through every flake. Nothing artificial. Available seasonally from August to December (unless sold out prior) annually.

Use on steaks, eggs, risotto, pasta dishes, and potatoes, just before serving to add a touch of decadence.
