Founded by Regan and Daniel Facey, Boutique Sauces was born from a shared love of cooking, entertaining and creating memorable meals. From their home in the beautiful Hunter Valley, just north of Sydney, they spent two years perfecting a range of restaurant-quality sauces designed to elevate home cooking.
Regan brings years of experience as a chef in Europe, where she worked in some of the world’s finest restaurants serving celebrities and high-society clientele. It was during this time that she developed a passion for rich, refined flavours and a desire to bring that same quality to Australian kitchens.
Crafted in small batches using premium ingredients, each sauce is packed with bold, balanced flavour. Whether you're hosting guests or simply treating yourself, Boutique Sauces helps you create chef-quality meals at home.
Diane Sauce - A creamy and indulgent classic made with real cream, brandy and a touch of mustard. Perfect with steak, grilled chicken or sautéed mushrooms.
Green Peppercorn Sauce - Smooth and savoury with gentle heat from whole green peppercorns. An ideal match for beef, lamb or roasted vegetables.
