Coal River Farm - Triple Cream Brie

Coal River Farm is situated just North-East of Hobart in the idyllic Coal River Valley. Nestled in the heartland of cool-climate wine territory it was a natural fit for an entrepeneurial young couple, Daniel and Melanie Leesong, to add a cheese factory to the region.

Triple Cream Brie is the height of indugence when it comes to cheese. Fresh cream is added to the curds during the cheesemaking process, hence the triple cream name and decadent nature.

Rich unctuous notes of cultured butter make this the perfect accompaniment to a crisp glass of bubbles or dry white wine. We would recomend against pairing this with heavy or tannic reds as they will clash with this creamy cheese.
