Coulis (pronounced koo-LEE), is a French style of sweet sauce that is commonly used on all your favourites desserts.

These sauces are absolutely and indisputably phenomenal for drizzling over cheesecake, ice cream, panna cotta, pavlova, yoghurt.. honestly anything! Gluten free and truly delicious.
