These are the words most commonly associated with Triple Cream Brie. Truly the most decadent of all cheeses. First created in France during the mid 19th century at a time when opulent fatty foods were considered the height of luxury & status by the upper-crust of society. 

'Triple cream' refers to the fat content of the cheese, and in order to be considered such, it must contain 75% butterfat content in dry matter. Don't be alarmed at this percentage, what this actually translates to in real terms is a fat content of roughly 40%.

That percentage is still high, though it is the very key to this cheeses wide appeal.  Perfect on any cheeseboard, you are sure to make friends with Jambreen's Triple Cream Brie.
