Ian Henderson loves vinegar, and he thinks Australians should too. As a former winemaker it was a natural shift into vinegar production, though he would have to travel the world to learn his new craft. His education took him through Austria, France, Spain and Italy learning from the very best vinegar makers across the globe.
He now owns and operates Lirah Australian Vinegar, situated in Stanthorpe, right in the heart of the Granite Belt. Lirah is without a doubt one of the world's most state-of-the-art vinegar production facilities.
