Founded in 1993 by Master Chocolatier Peter Ingall, Mayfield Chocolates has become a Brisbane institution.

With a focus on creating unique Australian products from it's foundation, Peter is a pioneer in the chocolate industry. He claims that he is the first Chocolatier in Australia to make use of our native flora to enhance his delectable creations

His Florentines are delicate pieces of art that are almost too attractive to eat. Generously laced with slivered almonds, pistachios, glacé cherries, candied citrus peel, and finished with a base of rich dark chocolate. They make the perfect finish to a sumptuous dinner or simply as a treat any old time.
