Chilli Crisp is having it's well deserved day in the sun. What was once only found in Dim Sum restuarants and Asian grocery stores has finally captured Australian foodies current attention.
Wendy, founder of Taste Peddler, first encountered this crunchy condiment while backpacking in Taiwan. Her evenings would be spent pouring it liberally over every dish the local noodle houses served up to her. The perfect blend of heat, texture and flavour, chilli crisp is equally at home on a stir fry as it is on your morning eggs.
