Jersey Cow's are famous in the cheesemaking world for their extremely productive milking cycle, but more importantly for the high butterfat content in their milk. This translates into a creamier more flavoursome cheese.

To this end, Woodside's Jersey Brie is no ordinary brie. If you are patient enough to wait until it is perfectly ripe you will be amply rewarded with a rich and unctuous pate (inside portion of the cheese) that oozes from its rind. When in this gorgeous state it will exhibit moreish flavours of sautéed mushrooms and cultured butter. Is your mouth watering yet?
