Is your Easter Chocolate Gluten Free?
While chocolate is naturally gluten free, it is really important to read the ingredients, as some makers will add biscuits and other non gluten free ingredients to their chocolate or have gluten present in their kitchens. Lucky for you, we also have several Coeliac certified brands like Bellarine and 100% gluten free kitchens like Belgian Delights to ensure full confidence in your Easter celebrations. To make it even easier for you, we have read the ingredients for you and have made it a breeze to search for gluten free on our website.
Can we do a gift hamper for Easter?

We source all of our produce from local, independent artisans who specialise in their craft. We don’t do cookie cutter gift giving and endeavor to make your holiday or gift as unique and special as you are. We take great pride in supporting our community of foodies and making sure you are in the know with all the latest in delicious delights from around Australia.
What is Raw Chocolate?
Raw chocolate is chocolate made from minimally processed cacao beans, unroasted and normally kept below 48°C to ensure the nutrients, enzymes and antioxidants are preserved.
Raw Chocolate tends to be dairy-free and does not contain refined sugar; Deva Cacao is a perfect example, where instead of using processed sugar, they use honey to sweeten their chocolate.
What is Ruby Chocolate?
Ruby Chocolate is chocolate that has been made using Ruby Cacao Beans, a specialty type of bean that produces a slightly sweeter chocolate with a gorgeous ruby red or blush colour. It’s not as sweet as white chocolate and also has a brighter flavour with a little tang, the sitting bunnies are a perfect example.
Can you post Chocolate?
You can indeed post chocolate. While we love and trust our delivery partners, being a Brisbane based business, we don’t tend to encourage it. All of our chocolate is premium and unlike some mass-produced chocolate, is not melt proof. We don’t want you or your loved one receiving a melty mess, so if you are in doubt of how well your order will travel to remote areas, contact us and we can help you with the solution.
Do you have any ideas for what to do with any leftover chocolate after Easter?
What do you mean there are leftovers? Surely not!
All jokes aside, we have some great tips for any chocolate eggs that might be left over after your Easter. You can melt the chocolate down in a bowl over some hot water and use it to drizzle over ice cream, a cake, or make a chocolate slice. You can crush it up and add it to your biscuit or scone recipe, or as the weather cools down, melt it into warm milk on the stove for the best hot chocolate you can ever imagine. Waste not, want not as they say.
