AMBLESIDE GIN

Three expressions, mother, father and son all made what their 'ideal' gin would be, and this forms their core range

No.8 Botanical - classic citrus driven, relaxed

Is Trudy the Headstrong Mother who wanted to simply make a Gin for her tonic to sit, read a book and drink something she didn't need to think to hard about. Perfect with a slice of orange, design for summer time sipping and citrus forward cocktails such Gimlets, Brambles and gust a bloody good Gin and Tonic.

Small Acre - Mediterranean savoury style

Is Steve's Gin, a man with Yorkshire routes and Ambleside's Head Gin Distiller. Steve created a Gin in homage to his mothers Apple and Rhubarb Pie recipe. By planting 500sqm of their own botanical gardens this gin is built from the garden up with big notes of pepper berry and bay leaf. Its a Gin that tastes like real Gin. And is perfect for your classics such as a Southside, French 75 or Negroni.

Big Dry - powerful, punchy

Is Matt's Gin, the face and drive of Ambleside Distillers, the Son of a head strong Mother and a Creative Father, Matt Supplies the calming factor to the Distillery but the punchiest of Gins. Matt loves a Martini and the theory is "if your going to drink a martini, drink a martini" (shakes fist with conviction in eyes). Big dry has the biggest Juniper count and complexities such as Cardamon, Kaffir Lime and Jalapeno just to name a few. Also boasting small award as Australia's best spirit in 2021
