OLD TOM  Really interesting Gin, made with black tea, brown sugar, and citrus - honestly so interesting and delicious just over ice. 

Ambleside's Old Tom Gin pays homage to family, place and tradition. With family roots in York, UK this Gin tells a story of 10-pound Poms through a post distillation steep of English Breakfast tea and Lemon Myrtle to represent where the family has come from, and where they now live their lives. The story of Old Tom Gins is a long one and very much one of rumours and myth, giving this Gin a fun little back story for anyone who wishes to sit by a fire, brush up on some history and drink a great drop of Gin.

Why is it called old tom ? During prohibition and distilling wasn't allowed, illegal gin houses would use a black cat as a symbol that there was gin inside
